Use the option that matches what you’re seeing. Returning members normally need only their email and six-digit Contest PIN.

Sign In or Set Up PINOpen Contests

Returning Member

If you already created a Contest PIN, sign in with the same email address attached to your entry and your six-digit PIN. You do not need another email link.

Enter the exact email on your invitationCheck spelling carefully, including everything after the @ sign.

Enter your Contest PINThis is the PIN you created during your one-time setup.

Stay signed inOn a known device, you should remain signed in unless you sign out or clear the browser’s data.

First-Time Setup Without Email

No additional invitation, temporary PIN, or email link is needed. If your invited account has never had a PIN, create and confirm your personal PIN directly on the sign-in page.

Tap Create My PINOpen the Contest HQ sign-in page and choose First-Time PIN Setup.

Enter your invited emailUse the exact email address attached to your contest entry.

Create and confirm your PINEnter your chosen six-digit PIN twice, then tap Create PIN & Sign In.

Commissioner PIN Help

Temporary PIN Help remains available only as a fallback. Normal first-time setup now lets an eligible invited member create and confirm their own PIN without another invitation or email.

📱 Add Contest HQ to Your Home Screen

Save Contest HQ to your phone so it opens from an icon like an app.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open thecontesthq.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button—the square with the upward arrow.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.

Android

  1. Open thecontesthq.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
  4. Tap Add or Install.

Afterward, look for the Contest HQ icon on your home screen. You can move it wherever you keep your other apps.

Common Problems

!
“Email and PIN do not match”Confirm the email spelling. If the PIN was temporary, make sure you are using the newest PIN.
!
“Your session has expired”Sign out, sign back in with your email and PIN, then retry the action.
!
Signed in but no entry appearsOpen the contest and tap Accept Invite. Your signed-in email must exactly match the invitation email.

For account protection, never send a permanent PIN by text or post it in a screenshot.
